Our Purpose

They shrink boundaries, power commerce, and expand our shared sense of possibility.  We envision a world where aircrafts are powered cleanly and more efficiently to benefit the environment and lower the cost of doing business. Conflicts in the workplace can be like little foxes. People get hurt and frequently hold grudges against another person which often results in unnecessary office politics. We must be bold to have open and difficult conversations with our co-workers to manage conflict in a healthy way. When managed correctly, resolved conflicts will led to a stronger team and trust to be forged.

Tomorrow cannot be our default response to the task on hand. We must look at every task with urgency to execute it today. The only way we can win in the market place is operate at ludicrous mode as the default mode. The key is to activate work streams today.
